DRAFTING OF RISK ASSESSMENT DOCUMENTS: According to standardized procedures for companies with 10 workers (art. 29 D.Lgs.81/08) or complete (pursuant to art. 28 D.Lgs.81/08).

 

SINGLE DOCUMENT ASSESSMENT OF INTERFERENCE RISKS (DUVRI): Noise, Vibration (using INAIL, CPT, Constructors databases), Vibration with analytical measurements, Explosive atmospheres (ATEX), Manual handling of loads - repeated movements -Thrust and pulling - incongruous postures (Niosh, ochre, Snook & Ciriello, MAPO, UNI ISO 11228-1/2/3).

VERIFICATION OF MACHINES IN SERVICE BY LGS 81/08 The verification of machines in service is one of the requirements of Legislative Decree 81/08 on the protection of health and safety in the workplace.

 

Among the objectives of the technical analysis and risk assessment of an in-service machine is the identification of any necessary adaptations.  In particular, Annex V of Legislative Decree 81/08 lays down the minimum requirements that must be verified on the basis of which it is necessary to provide for the appropriate remediation.

 

Once the machine has been found to comply with applicable legislation, the corresponding machine risk assessment document (properly updated if necessary) may become part of the company’s risk assessment document provided for in Articles 17 and 28 of Legislative Decree. 81/2008.

 

In short, the service is organised according to the following phases: analysis of the machines and work equipment, definition of the necessary adaptation measures, preparation of a report certifying the conformity of the machines, drafting of the risk assessment document, assessment of specific risks (noise, vibration, electromagnetic fields, optical radiation, ergonomics, etc.), drafting of safety procedures, drawing up missing instructions for use, assistance for CE marking for example DIY or modified machines.
